Family-trees of ancestors

My interest in our family-trees arose from two trees I received about 67 years ago, one for my father's family and one for my mother's. My father's tree was fairly complete, and there was little I could add. My mother's tree was covering only ten generations, but there was a lot to be added. While the many generations I could add to my mother's tree were mostly for fun and looking into history, I was able to add documents that allow a closer insight into some of the people that made up our ancestors. Most of these documents are linked to the corresponding persons. For a few ancestors, where available, I have linked their brief Wikipedia descriptions. Also, data bases are available on the internet, though not always correct.

Our ancestors are ordered into roughly 1000 fmily-trees kept in 6 different groups which have very few connections between them. We have numbered our ancestors according to the standard procedure: If someone has the number N, the father gets the number 2N and the mother gets 2N+1. If an idividual has two numbers, we keep only the smallest.
The numbers with prefix z are based on Edith Zitelmann as number 1.
The numbers with prefix s are based on Elisabeth Schumacher being number 1
The numbers with prefix k are based on Irene von Kraus being number 1
The numbers with prefix h are based on Jochen Heisenberg being number 1
The numbers with prefix # are based on "Ahnentafel von Karl I von Franken"

Other abbreviations : * indicates birthdate; + date of death; (NA) "no ancestors found"

Our ancestors came essentially all from Germany and thus most of the documents are in German. However, for those that read and understand German they present fun and interesting reading.
